Cathy Hinchman is a Texas-licensed massage therapist who has spent more than 30 years helping people move, sleep, and feel better. After years of practice on the Texas coast, she now sees clients in her treatment room at Williams Trace in Sugar Land.

Every session is one on one and unhurried. Cathy starts with a short conversation about what your body needs, then tailors the massage from there, whether you are working through pain after long weeks at a desk or simply overdue for an hour of real rest. You are professionally draped at all times, and the focus stays entirely on your health and wellbeing.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your first visit begins with a short conversation about your health history and what you'd like the session to focus on, and I tailor the massage to your needs from there. You are professionally draped at all times, and the whole session takes place in my private, quiet treatment room. My goal is for you to feel comfortable and well cared for from the moment you arrive.
